Level 3 Communications has developed a broadcast video solution delivered over the Internet – Vyvx Internet Access – to address technology advances and the continuous rise in demand for access to more content from more locations around the world. An expansion of Level 3’s Video Cloud portfolio, Vyvx Internet Access is designed to allow media companies to more easily and efficiently distribute content on a global scale.

Level 3 will begin rolling out Vvyx Internet Access in October 2015, with completion slated for early 2016.

Anthony Christie, Chief Marketing Officer, Level 3, commented: “Broadcast companies are looking for ways to aggregate an increasing amount of content more efficiently and to deliver that content to more platforms globally. Today, with the abundance of technology changes within the realm of video delivery, media and entertainment companies can use Level 3’s Vyvx Internet Access to deliver broadcast-quality content over the Internet – providing them with a cost-effective way to offer their audiences more content from more places around the world.”
