Creative Media Productions partners with Alchimie

In a bid to expand its digital presence and generate new revenue streams, Australian production company Creative Media Productions (CMP) has partnered with Alchimie, the Paris-based company specialised in the digital distribution and monetisation of video content.
Through this partnership, Alchimie will boost CMP’s international presence on the OTT market and optimize content monetisation in most countries where Alchimie already operates.
The content will be broadcasted on Alchimie’s premium OTT service, Watch it!, which is already available in France, Germany and Australia. Creative Media Productions has also chosen Alchimie for its capacity to ensure wide distribution through Telcos or terminal manufacturers.
Alchimie will start by distributing the popular programmes “Ben’s Menu” and “A Taste of Travel”.
- “Ben’s Menu”: 90 episodes filmed in beautiful Tasmania and hosted by Masterchef favorite Ben Milbourne, a renowned cook. The programme will see Ben joined with some of his mates from Masterchef and local chefs to cook their favorite dishes. Viewers will embark on a culinary journey around Tasmania and discover hundreds of delicious recipes, from exotic Asian-inspired dishes to Australian specialties, gourmet menus and easy to prepare dishes.
- “A Taste of Travel”: a travel and lifestyle television series that combines idyllic locations with local cuisines and places of interest, allowing viewers to fully experience what each destination has to offer. This phenomenal production was filmed right across the world: Africa, India, UK, Italy, Greece, France, Japan, Vietnam, Fiji, Canada, USA, Singapore, China and Bali.
With these two programmes Alchimie strengthens its position on the market of premium cooking videos, established through fruitful collaborations with providers such as L’Atelier des chefs, Rajshri or TV Only. Taste of Travel also expands its Travel catalogue made up of various channels such as Travel XP, Travel Box Brazil or Trek.
This new international deal also upholds Alchimie’s place as a dynamic digital distributor that can help production companies anywhere in the world expand their digital presence and “turn their content into gold subscriptions”, as proven by others distribution contracts recently signed with INVERLEIGH (AUS), DRG (UK) and ZDF Enterprises (DE).
