Stephen Amell joins London MCM Comic Con

With the eighth and final season of Arrow set to hit screens later this year, MCM is thrilled to announce that its latest special guest for this May’s Comic Com is none other than the superhero show’s main star, Stephen Amell.
Canadian actor Amell plays lead character Oliver Queen – aka the Green Arrow – on the long-running Arrow, as well as in other ‘Arrowverse’ series such as The Flash, Supergirl, Legends of Tomorrow and Vixen.
Based on DC’s Green Arrow comics, Arrow follows the adventures of billionaire playboy Oliver Queen. After spending five years as a castaway following the sinking of his family’s yacht, Queen returns to his Starling City home a changed man, secretly fighting crime as a hooded, bow-wielding vigilante.
In addition to Arrow, Amell co-starred in 2016’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows as Casey Jomes while other small screen credits include The Vampire Diaries, 90210, and HBO’s Hung. A huge wrestling fan, Amell has also made several guest appearances for the WWE and other pro wrestling promotions.
MCM London Comic Con tales place on May 24th – 26th at the ExCel Arena. Amell will be attending on May 25th and 26th. Photo ops are priced at £84.
