The French company THEMA, specialized in the edition and distribution of foreign channels TVPackages, has announced the launch of a new offer MAGHREB VOD, available in its nonbinding offer, Le Bouquet Maghreb+, for free, and commercialized for €7,99 monthly.

THEMA has chosen the key time of Ramadan starting on April 23th to launch this new service, that will be lasting hereafter the religious period.
