StreamAMG powers National League TV

StreamAMG is one of the specialist technology companies involved in the delivery of the new direct-to-consumer online video platform, National League TV.

An agreement was recently signed off between the National League and broadcast partner, BT Sport, for non-televised matches that comply with Article 48 to be available for fans to stream live on the new platform with all matches available internationally. The platform is currently in beta-phase and will launch formally ahead of the full round of fixtures on December 26th.

The platform was designed by sport and digital fan experience experts, Other Media, who have delivered digital solutions for UK football clubs across the Premier League and the EFL. The video functionality will be powered by  StreamAMG, who similarly provide OTT solutions for sports properties with direct-to-consumer offerings, such as ATP Media’s Tennis TV, The FA’s FA Player, Premiership Rugby’s PRTV Live and over 50 sports rights-holders globally. 247.tv is a production company that specialises in high quality productions across Television and online services and provides live outputs for over 200 events every month in the UK and abroad. Most recently, providing full production facilities for the 2022 season of the League of Ireland football to great acclaim from the fanbase there.

Fans will be able to stream available live matches and watch on-demand content from every game, such as match highlights and full match replays. Packages will be available to purchase offering single match, monthly, and season subscriptions to view.

The platform will launch in full on the 26th December with our 24 National Division clubs and our aim is to expand with North and South clubs in due course. We are confident that we can build on the already record attendances in stadia as well as delivering a fantastic platform for fans who ordinarily would not be able to attend matches.”
