Integrasys acquires Sciurus

Integrasys, a specilaist in software satellite communications solutions, has announced the acquisition of Sciurus, a Spanish technology company known for its innovation, and intellectual property with state-of-the-art prototypes. Integrasys says this strategic move marks a significant step in its expansion plan, which has been steadily unfolding since 2017.

The integration of Sciurus and its know-how intellectual property rights into the Integrasys portfolio opens new avenues for growth and innovation. By harnessing the synergies between the two entities, and the fast addition of know-how, Integrasys aims to propel its mission of providing advanced, reliable, and competitive products that cater to the evolving demands of the global SatCom and Defense markets.

Sciurus brings to the table a wealth of technical expertise in developing software for constellations prototypes, in the national industry. These prototypes are poised to play a pivotal role in Integrasys’ endeavour to deliver more solutions that meet the needs of a fast-moving industry. The collaborative efforts between the teams of both companies will facilitate the transformation of these prototypes into obtained by acquiring fully-fledged products, bolstering Integrasys’ ability to address the ever-increasing demands of the competitive market landscape.
