Linnen joins Casarotto Ramsay & Associates
June 6, 2024
Theatre, film and television agency Casarotto Ramsay & Associates has announced the appointment of Hannah Linnen. A dynamic agent with two decades of experience, Hannah joins the organisation with immediate effect.
Linnen joins Casarotto having previously worked at 42 Management & Production, where she looked after her own roster of writer and director clients, co-established the company’s Podcast business StoryVRSE, developed original comedy productions, and worked directly with the senior management team across a range of shared clients. Prior to this role, she was Managing Director at John Noel Management and their production company Running Bare Pictures, where she represented a range of comedy talent and oversaw scripted television productions.
Jodi Shields, Head of Film & Television at Casarotto Ramsay & Associates, said: “I am delighted to have Hannah join our Film and Television team at Casarotto. She has a wealth of experience from across different facets of the business and her engaged, informed and intelligent approach will be a great fit with our team.”
Anna Higgs, Managing Director, Casarotto Ramsay & Associates, added: “As we focus on the future vision and evolution of the organisation, Hannah’s broad experience is brilliantly matched by her incredible energy, and I am excited that she joins the team as we continue to build the company with exceptional talent both in our organisation and our client list.”
Linnen said: “I am incredibly excited to be joining Casarotto Ramsay & Associates at such an important point in their journey. It has always been a pleasure for me to work with the writers, directors, and teams behind the scenes who make our industry such a creatively exciting place. I am enjoying bringing my experience to bear, at the same time as connecting with the hallmarks I have always admired in the agency – exquisite taste, an incredible roster and deeply held commitment to nurturing and representing excellent talent across film, television, and theatre.”
Linnen will report to Shields and be responsible for creating and shaping a list of new voices and established talent, while also sharing clients with other agents.
This latest hire follows the appointments of industry creative Sara Johnson and pioneering Access Coordinator Julie Fernandez, as Casarotto Ramsay & Associates continues to strengthen its ongoing commitment to representing, developing and supporting talent, inclusive of all access requirements across the film, television, theatre and entertainment industries.
Founded in 1989, Casarotto Ramsay & Associates has an illustrious history, and represents many of the world’s best-known writers, directors, creatives, literary properties, and Heads of Departments in film, theatre, television and new media. The organisation is fiercely independent, which allows the company to represent widely celebrated talent, as well as nurturing rising stars with individualised guidance and a personal touch.
