ESPN Player adds ESPN Select

August 12, 2016

ESPN Player has launched a new channel, ESPN Select, which will join its NCAA College sport flagship channel to provide subscribers with a wide range of sports content live and on-demand.

Throughout August, ESPN Select will air content from many of the fastest growing sporting events in the world, such as the Little League World Series, which gets under way on August 18th. ESPN Select subscribers will have access to exclusive content from some of the most up and coming sporting spectacles including the high-flying US Drone Racing Nationals.

The ESPN Select subscription will also include the X-Games and World Series of Poker channels that were previously available as separate subscriptions on ESPN Player.

Charly Classen, General Manager, ESPN EMEA, said: “ESPN Select will bring fans a great line-up of live and on-demand content, with something new and different every month. The channel offers a combination of what makes ESPN great – live coverage of exciting and captivating sports, plus critically acclaimed sports documentaries from some of the best directors in the world.”

Sports fans will have access to all of this content as part of ESPN Player’s ESPN Select channel. The monthly pass is available for £6.99, and starts with a seven day free trial, while a 24 hour pass is available for £4.99.
