Vodafone Spain made an EBITDA of €751 million in the first fiscal half of the year (April to September), up 9.6 per cent on the same period last year. The company increased its revenues by 2.4 per cent to €2.512 billion thanks to the new rates and a rise in customers.

The number of broadband customers grew by 57,000 to 3.3 million, with optic fibre subs rising by 129,000 to 2.5 million. Pay-TV subscribers grew by 47,000 to 1.3 million, an increase of 11 per cent.

The convergent package Vodafone One ended September with 2.5 million subscribers, half a million more than the previous year.
