Nick Play app on Virgin Media

Viacom International Media Networks (VIMN) has announced the UK debut of its first mobile streaming app featuring long form content, with the launch of Nick Play on Virgin Media. Effective immediately, Virgin Media customers who subscribe to Nickelodeon channels, will have free access to the Nick Play VoD mobile app.

Virgin Media customers who download the Nick Play app will be able to unlock and watch a wide selection of Nickelodeon content on-demand, including full-length episodes and short form content. Popular titles available on-demand in the Nick Play app include The Thundermans, Hunter Street, Henry Danger, SpongeBob SquarePants and Pig, Goat, Banana, Cricket.

Nick Play is part of Viacom’s wider suite of channel branded mobile applications for its core global brands, giving audiences direct access to a VoD content library and market-by-market short form originals. Virgin Media customers will be the first in the UK to have access to full seasons of long form episodic content on the Nick Play app.
