The WWE Network, the SVoD service from the global wresting brand, has queitly rolled out a free tier option.

Those without a paid subscription are now able to browse what  is available on the WWE Network, but can’t watch the vast majority of content  – with such content being adorned with a padlock symbol. All that is available to stream at the moment are videos that are already on the company’s official YouTube channel, such as highlights from recent TV shows and Top 10 list videos.

The WWE Network is expected to launch a premium tier in the US in January 2020 priced at $14.99 (up from the regular $9.99 price). For the extra fee subscribers can watch 4K content as well as get exclusive access to content from other wrestling promotions including PROGRESS, wXw and Evolve, and also have early access to purchase event tickets.
