OSN goes for Fight Network

Floyd Mayweather Jr, boxerDubai-based OSN has launched Fight Network to its Gulf and Middle East viewers. “Fight Network HD will now be available in countries across the Middle East and North Africa region.  OSN Fight Network HD will be a one-stop-shop for the thousands of fans of combat sports, a genre that is rapidly gaining popularity across the region,” says a company statement.

Fight Network airs programing focused on the combat sports genre, including mixed martial arts, boxing, kickboxing, professional wrestling, traditional martial arts, fight news, as well as fight-themed drama series, documentaries and feature films.

“With our focus on international expansion, we are thrilled about partnering with OSN to reach its broad range of territories,” said Leonard Asper, CEO of Fight Network’s parent company Anthem Media Group. “OSN subscribers across the Middle East and North Africa will now have access to the world’s premier combat sports content, including fights unique to those regions.”
