PromoMii, the expanding tech-loving start-up, is making waves in the media industry with the release of their new video logging and content creation platform NOVA A.I.
The platform ensures the delivery of high quality, speedy video logging. Using NOVA A.I, creatives have more time to produce high quality content, with the software significantly speeding up the video editing process, enabling editors to quickyl find the hidden gems in all their content.
The software is currently being used by a number of global media house companies, including the likes of Disney, NENT and SVT.
With NOVA A.I, aspiring and current creators are able to find anything within their videos in a matter of seconds – including emotions, objects, activities, words and even different shot types. So, what normally would take hours, can be achieved in as little as 60 minutes. They can also add subtitles automatically and generate multiple new clips which can easily be tidied up in any video editing programs such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci, Avid.
NOVA A.I makes the once difficult, an easy breeze. Want to find all scenes with Brad Pitt smiling next to a car? Simply select the right search label, and all these scenes will be highlighted, and saved at speed to the platform’s impressive cloud storage.
A.I. is creating a paradigm shift in virtually every sector of the tech industry, but perhaps having the most profound impact within the video editing industry, due to its impressive time-saving capabilities. A market which is projected to grow at a CAGR of 41 per cent from 2020-2027.
According to Tigran Mnatsakanyan, Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at PromoMii, the software will save its users up to 70 per cent of their time. For anyone who understands the vast hours spent video logging – this is a real game changer.
PromoMii began with Michael Moss, who decided to start building the platform in 2016 after finding a niche in the market for this kind of smart software. As CEO and Co-Founder of PromoMii, Moss is a multiple start-up founder, having founded four companies in the last 12 years – his first one being when he was 21.
Moss commented: “There is a growing demand for more content without raising budgets accordingly. Content creators simply do not have the time or means to create enough content. With NOVA A.I., we have aimed to remove the most time-consuming part of the video editing process, to allow editors to produce more content of higher quality.”
Though NOVA A.I. can save users a lot of time and money, one of the most important things is that the software does not stifle the creativity of individuals, but allows creatives to do what they do best, and be creative through using the platform itself. Lillian Schiffler, the Creative Director at PromoMii, explains: “NOVA A.I can actually inspire in the creation of content itself and idea generation.”
Digital video is skyrocketing and the unprecedented ‘new normal’ of 2020 has only accelerated this. Video improves conversion rates by 120 per cent, mobile video watching increases by 100 per cent every year, and by 2022, online videos are predicted to make up more than 82 per cent of all consumer internet traffic. These figures are a clear indicator of how PromoMii are monopolising the video editing fields in big ways.
