Community Fibre, London’s full fibre broadband provider, is partnering with Lifemote, a cloud-based AI-driven WiFi analytics company.
The partnership will see WiFi issues experienced by Community Fibre customers solved quicker. This is thanks to advanced intelligence from Lifemote which can detect and flag any problems experienced by customers before they even notice them.
Peter Rampling, Chief Commercial Officer at Community Fibre, said: “We have always focused our business on customer experience, and by working with Lifemote we are able to take this to another level. By improving the WiFi experience for our customers with the insights and proactive fixes that the Lifemote solution provides enables us to bring the best broadband experience to everyone.”
Dr. Eren Soyak, co-founder and CEO of Lifemote, added: “We have been deeply enthusiastic about our partnership with Community Fibre from day 1, as it was quite clear that our teams shared a fundamental belief in the evolving attitudes of the subscriber. We as users today need fast, reliable Internet connections on all our devices more than ever before. Community Fibre owns the user experience not only until the home, but all the way to their handheld devices. Team Lifemote is excited to be part of the Community Fibre journey to provide such unwavering service to an ever-growing number of homes.”
Community Fibre recently announced that it had passed 300,000 homes with its full fibre broadband in London.
