SF Studios has announced that Silje Nikoline Glimsdal has been recruited as Senior Acquisition Manager. Silje will focus on SF Studios’ Nordic acquisitions and co-productions, and occasionally on the company’s international acquisition slate. Silje will join SF Studios on November 1st.

After starting her career as an intern at Zentropa in 2009, Glimsdal joined their international sales team at TrustNordisk in Denmark. With studies in dramaturgy from the University of Aarhus, Silje has collaborated with numerous Scandinavian screen- and playwriters. Apart from being a sales manager at TrustNordisk, she was in addition responsible for incoming projects, scripts, and development as project manager.

Glimsdal is Norwegian and will be based at SF Studios’ Copenhagen office, reporting to Fredrik Warstedt, EVP Acquisition & Licensing at SF Studios, and working close to Yaba Holst, Head of Nordic Acquisition.
