Frndly TV, the live TV provider for the whole family, and GAC Media, home to GAC Family and GAC Living, have announced an agreement which makes both networks available to all Frndly TV subscribers. GAC Family and GAC Living will debut on Frndly TV on October 19 increasing the service’s offering to 23 channels, with nine channels in total having been added since February 2021.
GAC Family and GAC Living launched on September 27 as new brands with original programming slates. Under the tagline “Stories Well Told,” GAC Family features family-friendly, holiday-themed movies and series that celebrate American culture, lifestyle and heritage. GAC Living ”Life Well Lived” will complement GAC Family as an unscripted companion network celebrating Great American family friendly traditions every day and every season.
“After GAC Media acquired Great American Country and Ride TV, we immediately began discussions about adding these channels to our lineup,” said Michael McKenna, Chief Programming Officer of Frndly TV. “They shared with us their vision of the two channels moving forward. With that vision in mind, we felt the newly branded GAC Family and GAC Living would be a nice fit to our offering. We are very pleased to have these two GAC Media channels become part of the Frndly TV family.”

As part of GAC Family’s “Great American Christmas” franchise, the network will premiere holiday movies every Saturday night beginning October 30 through Christmas. The highly anticipated programming includes “A Kindhearted Christmas,” starring Cameron Mathison and Jennie Garth; “Royally Wrapped for Christmas,” Starring Jen Lilley and Brendan Fehr; and Season 2 of the hit series “When Hope Calls” guest starring Lori Loughlin.
