Cash crunch hurts Brazilian pay-TV

Brazil’s broadcasting regulator Anatel says that pay-TV subscribers in the country have been cancelling their accounts. Anatel says that August’s pay-TV numbers are down a massive 673,000 (3.5 per cent) compared with the same month a year ago.
