Altech Multimedia gives thumbs up to IBC

Altech Multimedia, part of the Allied Technologies Limited (Altech) group, looks back at a very successful IBC 2011. With its newly established European office as well as the company’s recent acquisition of SetOne, a distribution, logistics, STB repair and servicing business focused on the DVB based retail business in the Central Europe, Altech Multimedia is set to intensify and expand its business in the European market.
Endorsing the spirit of IBC as a melting pot of new ideas, future developments and trendsetting technology Altech Multimedia has generated interesting approaches during the six day event in Amsterdam, exchanging ideas with new and potential European customers.
As the new member of the Altech family, SetOne expects to see a surge in STB retail and operator business throughout the European markets. The complementary areas of business between Altech SetOne and Altech MediaVerge have shown great potential in the region in particular in the area of Systems Integration, Professional Services, Solution Delivery and Managed Services.
