NBC News Channel selects Civolution’s Teletraxin

Civolution, a provider of technology and solutions for identifying, managing and monetising media content, has announced a renewed multi-year contract for use of its global broadcast intelligence solution Teletrax by NBC News Channel, a unit of NBC News. NBC News Channel will use Teletrax to understand usage of their pre-recorded and live content by the NBC affiliates, US domestic and international clients.
NBC News Channel produces and distributes hundreds of news stories each day. Under the multi-year agreement, NBC News Channel will employ Civolution’s cutting-edge broadcast intelligence solution, Teletrax, to track the usage of its video 24/7 on a selection of broadcasters from the more than 2,000 channels currently monitored by Teletrax. NBC News Channel will gain intelligence on precisely how their content is used and disseminated by the affiliate stations and client broadcasters, allowing more efficient inventory management and optimal allocation of the company’s resources in producing and distributing its assets.
