Sony Pictures Networks India (SPNI) and its channels are back on the TataSky DTH portfolio of channels.

Local reports says that despite the two month blackout of Sony’s channels the carriage dispute with TataSky has been mutually resolved, although the financial terms between the two were not revealed.

Sky’s channels went dark on Oct 1st when 22 channels were blacked out. Subsequently some Sony channels were permitted back onto TataSky’s system on an ‘a la carte’ basis.

TataSky had issued a formal warning to SPNI on Sept 7th although the established 3-year contract between the two had expired on July 31st.
