August 9, 2019

Premium TV network EPIX has launched on the AT&T TV app, the company’s streaming service, for $6 (€6.70) per month. The launch follows EPIX and AT&T’s recently-announced distribution agreement and the network’s launch across DirecTV’s satellite platform on May 19th.

Customers with the AT&T TV NOW experience can now sign up for a monthly subscription to EPIX across hundreds of devices including smart TVs, Roku devices, Amazon Fire TV, Google Chromecast, and on Android and iOS mobile devices, among others. Those who subscribe will gain access to the entire EPIX library, thousands of blockbuster movies and three EPIX linear channels.

“We’re thrilled to be launching on the AT&T TV app, making our premium programming available to even more AT&T customers across the country,” declared Michael Wright, President, EPIX. “It’s an incredibly exciting moment for the network as we continue to expand our distribution footprint and bring our superior customer experience and quality programming to new audiences.”

“We’re pleased to expand the EPIX offering to our AT&T TV NOW subscribers, giving our customers even more choice in quality premium programming,” added Daniel York, Chief Content Officer, AT&T.

AT&T TV NOW joins the growing number of streaming services where EPIX is available and coincides with the recent premiere of original series Pennyworth, the origin story of Batman’s butler Alfred. The launch also precedes several upcoming original series premieres including Godfather of Harlem, starring and executive produced by Forest Whitaker; Belgravia, from Julian Fellowes; docu-series Slow Burn, based on the hit podcast; weekly series NFL: The Grind, from NFL Films and more. EPIX is also the home of original series Perpetual Grace, LTD., Get Shorty, Deep State, Elvis Goes There and PUNK as well as over 2,000 Hollywood blockbuster movies.
