Sky Mobile launches connected laptops with data rollover

April 11, 2023

Sky Mobile is adding laptops to its range of available devices.

Connected laptops have their own SIM plan and data allowance, which means there is no need to tether a phone or connect to WiFi hotspots, helping customers stay connected on the go.

Sky Mobile says that the launch of laptops continues its commitment to fairness and value, as it is the first network to let connected laptop customers roll over any unused data each month. With Sky Mobile’s Roll benefit, spare data is saved, so customers won’t lose what they don’t use. They can then dip into it when they need a data boost, share it with other SIMs on their account, or put it towards upgrades and accessories.

The range launching will include four new Samsung connected laptop models, the Chromebook GO LTE, Chromebook2 360 LTE, as well as two Windows laptops, the Galaxy Book2 Go 5G and the premium Galaxy Book3 Pro 360 5G, with more laptops arriving later in 2023.

Prices start from £11 a month, with flexible 36 or 48 month payment plans and 0 per cent interest.

Paul Sweeney, Managing Director of Sky Mobile comments: “We want to help our customers get access to the best technology at prices that are affordable. Customers will now be able to get the same great Sky Mobile benefits like Roll and Mix on their laptop devices, where they won’t lose any of the data they’ve bought, and can change their data plan up or down to suit their needs, offering flexibility and great value without having to compromise on the quality of the tech.”
