HbbTV Symposium and Awards 2024 in London this November

The 12th HbbTV Symposium and Awards will take place on November 14th-15th in London, UK. This was announced by the HbbTV Association, a global initiative dedicated to providing open standards for the delivery of advanced interactive TV services through broadcast and broadband networks for connected TV sets and set-top boxes.The annual key summit of the connected TV industry, targeting platform operators, broadcasters, advertisers and adtechs, standards organisations and technology companies, will be co-hosted with Everyone TV. The joint venture owned and supported by the UK’s leading public service broadcasters BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and Channel 5 operates the free-TV platforms Freeview and Freesat.“Having our Symposium in London again after nine years is quite natural as the UK has in many aspects been the leading country with HbbTV services and innovations for many years.
