Truespeed announces £8m SW broadband investment

Bath-based Truespeed has amplified the rollout of its full fibre broadband with an £8 million (€9.4m) investment across five additional South West areas. In parallel to adding the new areas of Peasedown St John and Midsomer Norton to its remit, Truespeed is expanding its existing network in Radstock, Keynsham and Saltford.
The multi-million pound investment from the South West based company is set to benefit in excess of 9,500 properties. With its dedicated full fibre technology, homes and businesses can reap the benefits of ultra-reliable connectivity that delivers guaranteed speeds of up to 900Mbps and allows multiple devices to be used simultaneously without a drop in service.
Building and planning works are already well underway and Truespeed’s engineers are delivering the ultrafast infrastructure in their signature low key building style across all five areas. Customers in Peasedown St John, Saltford and Keynsham can expect to be connected in mid-summer, followed closely by Radstock and Midsomer Norton going live by late summer.
