MyZen TV is a worldwide lifestyle network offering a wide range of programmes, from health and wellness, food and cooking shows, to travel and family entertainment.

In the constraining period of almost worldwide quarantine, MyZen TV is eager to give even more support to its viewers, to inspire them and to give very important tips on how to continue to lead a healthy and active lifestyle. The channel’s grid has been enriched with the new programs so that the viewers could exercise, prepare healthy meals, travel in nature, be inspired by other people’s stories while staying at their homes.
