The Traitors Australia on BBC

The BBC has announced that The Traitors will be back on UK screens this summer, and this time the action takes place in Australia.
The Traitors Australia has been acquired by the BBC and is another series of the reality game show that will this time see a group of contestants arrive at a historic luxury hotel in the Southern Highlands as Faithful contestants – hoping to share a prize fund worth up to A$250,000. Amongst them are the Traitors – a group of four contestants selected by host Rodger Corser on the first day, whose goal is to eliminate the Faithfuls and claim the prize for themselves.
The show is centred around tactics, betrayal, suspicion and manipulation. Should the Faithful contestants eliminate all the Traitors, they will share the prize fund. If a Traitor makes it to the end, they steal the money.

The Traitors Australia will start on BBC Three on July 9th and all 12 episodes will be available as a boxset on BBC iPlayer on the same day.
The Traitors Australia is the third version of the series available to BBC viewers, following the first UK series produced by Studio Lambert and hosted by Claudia Winkleman and The Traitors US, both of which are available to watch now on BBC iPlayer.
