Broadband Genie appoints Vlachou as CEO

The UK price comparison site, Broadband Genie, has announced the appointment of Eliza Vlachou as its first Chief Executive Officer.
Vlachou has joined the business as it enjoys a period of strong growth. Last year it saw record revenue of £4.4 million, up 145 per cent in five years, while the number of consumers switching hit an annual high, doubling over the same period.
At Broadband Genie, Vlachou will lead a team from its headquarters in Cambridge. She was previously the marketing director of e-commerce fintech Kuva, and has more than 15 years experience in the marketing and telecom sectors, with the majority spent in senior roles at TalkTalk.
