Rebel Moon sequel holds onto Netflix #1

Zack Snyder’s sci-fi epic, Rebel Moon – Part Two: The Scargiver, held onto the #1 spot on Netflix’s English Films List for the second week in a row with 18.8 million views in the week commencing April 22nd. Its prequel, Rebel Moon – Part One: A Child of Fire, rose to #4 with 6 million views. Anywhere But You, the romantic comedy featuring Sydney Sweeney and Glen Powell, entered the list at #2 with 10.6 million views. The live-action/animated crossover Woody Woodpecker Goes to Camp had a strong third week, claiming the #3 spot with 9.2 million views.
The breakout limited series, Baby Reindeer, from creator and star Richard Gadd spent its second week atop the English TV List, clocking 22 million views. Dead Boy Detectives, debuted in second place with 3.1 million views. Guy Ritchie’s aristocratic gangster series The Gentlemen nabbed fifth place (2.3 million views) in its eighth consecutive week on the list. Sci-fi drama series 3 Body Problem also proved its staying power, coming in sixth place (2.2 million views) in its sixth week on the list.
The true crime inspired limited series The Asunta Case (Spain) debuted in the top spot on the Non-English TV List, with 5.4 million views. Limited series Queen of Tears (Korea) rose to second place with 4.1 million views in its eighth week on the list. New list entrants included the period drama Brigands: The Quest for Gold (Italy) in third place (2.7 million views), the Nordic noir Deliver Me (Sweden) in fourth (2.6 million views), and the drama Goodbye Earth (Korea) in ninth place (1.5 million views).
The action-comedy City Hunter (Japan) debuted at #1 on the Non-English Films List, clocking 5.3 million views. Love was in the air elsewhere on the list with the romantic comedy Love, Divided (Spain) coming in at #2 (3.8 million views), the romantic drama The Tearsmith (Italy) claiming #4 (3.1 million views), and another romantic drama A Journey (Turkey) taking #6 (1.2 million views).
