Canal Plus targets international

Canal Plus is once again ready to hit the international expansion trail, according to Chief executive Bertrand Meheut. He told Dow Jones the company was targeting a number of overseas pay-TV providers. Last year it failed, in a joint bid with Telefonica, to take over the Spanish platform Digital Plus.

BskyB to list on OTCQX

BskyB, which delisted from the New York Stock Exchange last month, has said it will now list its shares on OTCQX, the over-the-counter marketplace. It joins 112 other companies in trading through the OTCQX, a market created in 2007 and owned by Pink OTC.
