ThinkAnalytics completes Amazon Personalize integration

Content discovery and viewer insight solutions provider ThinkAnalytics has confirmed that its content discovery and viewer engagement platform is fully integrated with Amazon Personalize. Media and entertainment service providers now have a choice of complementary personalised recommendations solutions running on the ThinkAnalytics platform in the AWS cloud for real-time personalised user experiences at scale.

Working with the Amazon Web Services (AWS) technical teams, ThinkAnalytics has integrated its platform with Amazon Personalize APIs and automated the process of training the ML models. ThinkAnalytics aims to ensure the highest standards of customer deployment with a team of AWS-certified consultants who have Amazon Personalize expertise. According to the company, personalisation of the viewer experience is proven to deliver increased viewing/purchasing, higher satisfaction and perceived value for money, leading to reduced churn.

Amazon Personalize allows developers with no ML expertise to build applications and deliver a wide array of personalisation experiences, including specific product recommendations, personalised product re-ranking, and customised direct marketing. Available as a fully managed service, it trains, tunes, and deploys custom ML models to deliver highly-customised recommendations to customers.
