The ATS Team promotes Sanz

International production company and production services provider The ATS Team has announced its appointment of Danny Sanz as MD and EVP Production. It comes with the news that The ATS Team is providing the production services on ITV’s upcoming revamped UK Ninja Warrior series with Potato TV.
Previously VP of Production, Sanz’ new role as MD will see him lead the continued international expansion of The ATS Team from its London office. As EVP of Production, he will continue to oversee the company’s international production outside of its LA HQ.
Since the start of 2022, Sanz has led the line production of The Bridge in Vietnam alongside Workerbee and is now providing production services on France Ninja Warrior for TF1 in Cannes and Top Dog Germany s02 in Düsseldorf, Germany.
As MD, Sanz will also attend markets and oversee the international sales of The ATS Slate, including:
1. Million Pound Piñata: A high-stakes physical game show featuring the most outrageous piñatas ever created. The piñatas are filled with money, but they’re not going down without a fight. Each piñata is protected by a series of obstacles designed to wipe out the players at every opportunity
2. Escape: an adventure reality series in which ten individuals are left alone on a remote island with ten days to reach an isolated extraction point to escape
3. Frightmasters: a factual entertainment competition which sees set designers and construction duos undertake a weekly build competition to craft the most frightening rooms for a haunted house
4. Fork in the Road: a coming-of-age reality series which takes a group of struggling teenagers into the Vietnamese wilderness on a voyage of self-discovery
5. Trapdoor: Quick thinking and quick footwork will see teams of two progress through rounds of trivia and physical challenges while completing them at the same time to avoid the trapdoors – a co-production with Saltbeef TV
