Qvest strengthens brand presence in digital product development

Qvest has significantly increased its majority stake in tarent AG, headquartered in Bonn. By bundling its expertise under the joint brand Qvest, the company is also sharpening its positioning as a global and trusted partner for customers.The Qvest Group has increased its majority stake in Qvest Digital AG, formerly tarent AG based in Bonn, by around 20 per cent to 70 per cent. In addition, the Digital Product Development team will now operate uniformly under the Qvest brand. The increase in the shareholding and change of name marks the next step in the Qvest brand and growth strategy. It promotes even more intensive cooperation within the company group and ensures greater sales effectiveness, greater growth potential, and reach in the global customer approach.Peter Nöthen, CEO of the Qvest Group, said: “Today, companies in almost all industries are intensively exploring the opportunities of digital transformation. For the approximately 300 employees, the change of name and increase in shareholding will not result in any changes to their operational activities.
