Finecast new hires

Finecast, an addressable TV provider, has announced the appointment of Laura Hicks as Global Head of Market Development and Dominic Fawcett as Global Client Partner to further drive best in class client strategy on a global scale. These two new roles will sit across both Market Development and Client Leadership and report into Nicola Lewis, Global Chief Growth Officer, with both focused on driving incremental revenue through sales and client planning excellence.

In her new role, Hicks will be responsible for driving international growth as Finecast continues to expand Globally. She joins Finecast having worked at GroupM, Accenture, and Dentsu, where she delivered success across a number of business areas including trading, digital operations, content, strategic planning, buying, data and measurement.

“I’m delighted to be joining Finecast as it scales globally and playing my part as we expand in existing markets and into new territories,” said Hicks. “I look forward to bringing my experience across a range of business units and applying that knowledge to driving success for Finecast.

Fawcett joins Finecast as Global Client Partner, responsible for driving client excellence on a global scale. Most recently a Managing Director at Havas International, he boasts over 25 years agency experience, including with Carat, Saatchi & Saatchi in China, Starcom Motive and Omnicom. He has also held client roles at Sony, Southampton Football Club and the National Citizen Service.
