Sky México deploys ThinkAnalytics Think360

ThinkAnalytics, a specialist in Al-based TV content discovery, viewer data insights and targeted advertising, has announced that Sky México has deployed ThinkAnalytics as its personalisation and viewer engagement platform.

ThinkAnalytics’ content discovery platform aims to makes the viewing experience easier, while placing the power of data-driven content discovery outcomes in the hands of the Sky México team. ThinkAnalytics’ AI-driven content discovery allows Sky México to track engagement KPIs and content intelligence metrics, as well as generate automated metadata enrichment for multiple languages. The Sky México editorial team can select use cases to dynamically change the user experience across all devices, and Sky México will have the ability to see key metrics on content viewing and the user experience, with A/B testing, to better meet its business KPIs.

Trektel, a system integrator, provides the interface and on-the-ground support for Sky México, and is responsible for the deployment of ThinkAnalytics’ Think360 Services for the pay-TV service.
