rlaxx TV, the European-based free ad-supported streaming service, has announced a partnership with Publica, a connected TV ad platform.

Working with Publica enables rlaxx TV to provide its advertisers with ad break controls and the ability to reach a wide audience with high-quality, TV-like ad experiences when streaming.
