Xero sponsors Women’s World Cup on ITV

ITV has announced a new Women’s World Cup sponsorship agreement with global small business platform, Xero.

As Official FIFA Women’s Football Partner, as well as partner of the England Senior Women’s team, Xero will sponsor the coverage across ITV platforms for the duration of the tournament from July 20th to August 20th, spanning 32 games in total across ITV1, ITV4 and ITVX, with both simulcast and catch up readily available on ITVX.

The package will feature broadcast, bumpers and social activity, including Twitter amplification. There will be branded posts across ITV’s social football platforms, including Instagram, Twitter and Facebook; plus there will be 10” bumpers around all free FIFA Women’s World Cup UK streaming and catch-up content available on ITVX via desktop, mobile apps and connected TVs.

The deal is confirmed by ITV’s Commercial Sales and Partnerships team, plus agency december19.

ITV and the BBC will jointly provide live television coverage of the Women’s World Cup which is taking place in Australia and New Zealand.
